With your express consent, we use cookies to personalise content and ads, offer social media features and analyse access to our website. With your consent, we may pass information about your use of our website to our social media, advertising and analytics partners. We use the following social media platforms for company presentation and communication (express reference is made to the privacy notices and opt-out options linked below).

YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland)
Privacy notice: https://www.youtube.com/t/privacy/
The respective social media platforms may create usage profiles based on your usage behaviour and the interests and actions resulting therefrom, and store cookies on your computer in which your usage behaviour is stored. If you have an account on the respective social media platform and are logged in, your usage behaviour can even be stored independently of the device. Your usage profile can be used, for example, to place ads that presumably correspond to your interests.
We process the personal data exclusively for communication with you via the social media platform you have chosen, as well as for optimising our online presence, and ensure that no interests of yours are affected that outweigh this legitimate interest of ours (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Insofar as you have already given the respective operator of the social media platform a valid consent to the corresponding data processing, the processing of your personal data is also based on this consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
6. Third-party services
6.1 Social media links
We have our own social media pages accessible via links from this website. By using the links, you access the respective websites of the third parties (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). We recommend logging out of the respective third party before using a corresponding link to avoid unnecessary data disclosure, so that usage profiles are not created by the third party simply by using the link.
6.2 Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), which collects and stores data through this web analysis service from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. The usage profiles created in this way are used to evaluate visitor behaviour in order to tailor and improve the offer presented on this website to meet demand. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", small text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will however be shortened by Google beforehand within the member states of the European Union or in other member states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities, and to provide further services related to website and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google. Usage profiles kept under a pseudonym are also not combined with personal data about the user without the user's express and separately stated consent. The use of Google Analytics is only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can prevent the storage of cookies through a corresponding setting in your browser software; however, we point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website in full. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).
You can also prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by clicking the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set, which prevents the collection of your data on future visits to this website: Disable Google Analytics. You can view Google's privacy notices at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/. Further information on the terms of use can be found at https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html. We point out that Google Analytics on this website has been extended with the code "anonymizeIp" to ensure anonymised collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).
6.3.1 Google Ads Conversion
We use the Google Ads Conversion offer (operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to draw attention to our offers on external websites using advertising materials (so-called Google Ads). These advertising materials are delivered by Google via so-called "ad servers". For this purpose, ad server cookies are used, through which certain parameters for measuring success, such as the display of ads or clicks by users, can be measured. If you access our website via a Google ad, a cookie is stored by Google Ads on your device. These cookies generally lose their validity after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally. For this cookie, the unique cookie ID, the number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), the last impression (relevant for post-view conversions), and opt-out information are generally stored as analysis values. If you visit our page due to such an advertising material and the cookie stored on your computer has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. A different cookie is assigned to each Ads customer. Cookies can therefore not be tracked across the websites of Ads customers. We ourselves do not collect or process any personal data in the advertising measures mentioned. We receive only statistical evaluations from Google. Based on these evaluations, we can identify which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective. We do not receive further data from the use of the advertising materials, in particular we cannot identify users based on this information. Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and can therefore only inform you that by incorporating the above-mentioned service, Google obtains the ability to assign your visit to our website to your Google account, provided you are registered there. In addition, there is the possibility that Google, regardless of whether a user account exists or not, obtains and stores your IP address. The legal basis for the use of Google Ads is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can view Google's privacy notice here: http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy
6.3.2 Google Ads Remarketing
This website uses the remarketing function of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The function is used to present website visitors with interest-based advertisements within the Google advertising network. A so-called "cookie" is stored in the website visitor's browser, which makes it possible to recognise the visitor pseudonymously when they visit websites that belong to Google's advertising network. On these pages, the visitor may be presented with advertisements related to content that the visitor previously viewed on websites that use Google's remarketing function. According to its own statements, Google does not collect personal data during this process. If you do not wish to use Google's remarketing function, you can generally deactivate it by making the appropriate settings at http://www.google.com/settings/ads. Alternatively, you can deactivate the use of cookies for interest-based advertising through the Network Advertising Initiative by following the instructions at http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp.
You can view Google's privacy policy here: http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy
6.3.3 Google Ads Customer Match
We use Google Ads Customer Match lists from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland as part of our Google advertising activities. For the use of Customer Match, lists with encrypted user data (e.g. names, email addresses, addresses, customer-specific identifiers) are uploaded to Google. Google then compares whether the submitted user data matches existing Google customers. From this, target groups can in turn be created that can be used for serving ads/campaigns. After the creation of the Customer Match lists, the encrypted customer data is automatically deleted again. The providers thus do not obtain new addresses.
The recipient of the data is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland as a data processor. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google for this purpose. Google LLC, based in California, USA, and, if applicable, US authorities may access the data stored with Google.
We only use Google Ads Customer Match with your consent (Art. 6 I S.1 a GDPR).
You can object to this use by preventing the installation of cookies through a corresponding setting in your browser software (deactivation option). You can also customize personal advertising in your Google user account under the Privacy tab according to your wishes. To do this, log in to Google and go to "Manage your Google Account" in the "Data and privacy" section.
You can view Google's privacy policy here: http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy
6.4 Google Tag Manager
This website uses the Google Tag Manager (operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), a tag management system (TMS), with which code fragments for specific website functions, known as tags, can be quickly and easily added and updated in the customer centre. Through this service, website tags can be managed via an interface. The Google Tag Manager merely implements tags. No cookies are used and no personal data is collected. The Google Tag Manager triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. However, the Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been carried out at the domain or cookie level, it applies to all tracking tags, provided they are implemented with the Google Tag Manager.
6.5 Use of Google Remarketing
This website uses the remarketing function of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Thus, the balancing of interests shows that there are no overriding interests on your part contrary to this (Art. 6 I S. 1 f GDPR). If you do not wish to use Google's remarketing function, you can generally deactivate it by making the appropriate settings at https://www.google.com/settings/ads. Alternatively, you can deactivate the use of cookies for interest-based advertising through the Network Advertising Initiative by following the instructions at https://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt-out.asp.
6.6 Google Optimize
The web analytics and optimisation service "Google Optimize" (operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) is used on our website. We use the service to increase the attractiveness, content, and functionality of our website by serving new features and content to a percentage of our users and statistically evaluating this. Google Optimize is a sub-service of Google Analytics (see Google Analytics section). Google Optimize also uses cookies. The information generated by these cookies about your use of our website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We use Google Optimize with IP anonymisation activated, so that your IP address is shortened by Google beforehand within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our website, to compile reports on the optimisation tests and the associated website activities, and to provide us with further services related to website use and internet use. You can prevent the storage of cookies through a corresponding setting in your internet browser. Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of our website (incl. your IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. Further information about data collection and processing by Google can be found in Google's privacy notices, which you can access at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
6.7 Use of Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel)
We use the Meta Pixel operated by Meta Platforms Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94304, USA ("Meta"). The entity responsible for processing the information collected by Meta is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. This function allows us to target visitors of this website with advertising on Facebook. For this purpose, personalised and interest-based Facebook ads are served when the pages are visited on Facebook.
Conversion tracking also allows Meta and its partners to show you advertising outside of Facebook.
The function is enabled on our website by a pixel from Meta, which is implemented on the page. Through the pixel, a direct connection to the Facebook server is established when you visit our website, if you have agreed to the placement of the pixel (Art. 6 I S. 1 a GDPR). The Facebook server is thus transmitted which of our websites the user visited. Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account.
Please note that the use of the Meta Pixel may result in the transmission of personal data to Meta Platforms Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94304, USA.
Further information about the collection and use of data by Meta, about your rights in this regard and options to protect your privacy can be found in Facebook's privacy notices at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/ .
If you do not want Facebook to immediately assign the collected information to your Facebook user account, you can edit the function in your account settings at: https://www.facebook.com/login.php?next=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fsettings%2F%3Ftab%3Dads#_=_ . To do this, you must be logged in to Facebook.
6.8 Meta Conversions API (formerly Facebook Conversion)
We use the Conversions API of Meta Platforms Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94304, USA ("Meta"). The entity responsible for processing the information collected by Meta is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. This establishes a secure connection between our marketing data and the Meta systems, allowing us to optimise ad targeting and measure results. In addition to the Meta Pixel, server events are matched here to measure, report on, and optimise our offers.
Please note that the use of the Meta Conversion API may result in the transmission of personal data to Meta Platforms Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94304, USA.
We only use the Meta Conversion API with your consent (Art. 6 I S.1 a GDPR).
Further information about the collection and use of data by Meta, about your rights in this regard and options to protect your privacy can be found in Facebook's privacy notices at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/ .
6.9 Bing Ads
On our website, we use technologies from Bing Ads (operated by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA). Microsoft sets a cookie on your device if you arrived at our website via a Microsoft Bing ad. Microsoft and we can thus recognise that someone clicked on an ad, was redirected to our website, and reached a previously specified target page ("Conversion Site"). We only learn the total number of users who clicked on a Bing ad and were then redirected to the Conversion Site. Microsoft collects, processes, and uses information via the cookie, from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. These usage profiles are used to analyse visitor behaviour and to serve advertisements. No personal information about the user's identity is processed. If you do not want information about your behaviour to be used by Microsoft as described above, you can refuse the required placement of a cookie – for example via a browser setting that generally disables the automatic placement of cookies. Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website, as well as the processing of this data by Microsoft, by declaring your objection at the following link https://choice.microsoft.com/de-DE/opt-out. Further information about data protection and the cookies used by Microsoft and Bing Ads can be found on the Microsoft website https://privacy.microsoft.com/de-de/privacystatement.
6.10 Microsoft Clarity
This website uses the service “Clarity” (operated by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA). Clarity enables an analysis of the use of our website to improve our offer. For example, a log of mouse movements and clicks is created. The collected information is transmitted to Microsoft and stored there in a pseudonymised user profile. No identification of the user by us or Microsoft takes place. Microsoft can also use cookies that collect the behaviour and device data of users. This is also only done in anonymised form. You can view Microsoft's privacy policy here: https://privacy.microsoft.com/de-de/privacystatement
The opt-out option can be found here: https://choice.microsoft.com/de-DE/opt-out
6.11 LinkedIn Insight Tag

Here, the service also processes personal data from you, such as your IP address. This processing also takes place in the USA.

Pinterest Europe Ltd., Palmerston House, 2nd Floor, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland and Pinterest, Inc. are jointly responsible for the processing of personal data.
Through the Pinterest Tag, users of our website may be shown interest-based advertisements ("Pinterest Ads") during their visit to the Pinterest network or other websites that also use the process. Pinterest Ads served by us are thus only intended to be shown to users who have also shown interest in our offers or who have certain characteristics or interests transmitted by us to Pinterest ("ActALike Audiences"). In addition, the use of the Pinterest Tag serves market research and statistical purposes.
Through the Pinterest Tag, a cookie is stored on your device when you visit our online presence. If you subsequently log in to Pinterest or visit Pinterest while logged in, the visit to our website is noted in your profile.
The data collected through "Pinterest Tag" does not allow us to infer your identity.
We only use the Pinterest Tag with your consent (Art. 6 I S.1 a GDPR).
You can object to the collection by the Pinterest Tag and the use of your data for the display of Pinterest Ads. To set which types of advertisements are shown to you within Pinterest, you can visit the page set up by Pinterest and follow the instructions there regarding the settings for interest-based advertising.
You can view Pinterest's privacy policy here: https://policy.pinterest.com/en/privacy-policy6.13 Use of MailChimp

This is an agreement in which MailChimp undertakes to protect the data of our users, to process it in accordance with its privacy provisions on our behalf, and in particular not to pass it on to third parties. The use of MailChimp only takes place with your consent (Art. 6 I S. 1 a GDPR). You can view MailChimp's privacy provisions at https://www.intuit.com/privacy/statement/.

Cloudflare may also use a CDN itself. A CDN is a network of high-performance servers that cache content in various locations around the world. A CDN has two functions: on the one hand, it is intended to provide content in the shortest possible time, and on the other hand, to relieve the web host by distributing traffic.

9.3 Submission of Entries
Entries (photo or video files, max. 60 seconds each) can be submitted by email to marketing@6minutenverlag.de.
By using the subject line "6-Minute Community" or by sending the file, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
Submitted content must not violate applicable law or the rights of third parties (e.g., copyright, trademark, or personality rights).
9.4 Granting of Usage Rights
Participants grant the organiser a spatially and temporally unrestricted, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable right to use the submitted entries in all currently known and future types of use (§§ 31(5), 32c UrhG).
The usage right includes, in particular, the right to:

Participants warrant that they possess all necessary rights to the submitted content and that it does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
If third parties nevertheless assert claims due to infringement of their rights, the participants shall indemnify the organiser against all claims, including reasonable legal defence costs.
9.7 Personality Rights and Data Protection
By submitting, participants agree, pursuant to § 22 KunstUrhG, to the dissemination and public display of their image; this consent can be revoked at any time for the future. However, revocation does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to revocation or advertising materials already created.
Personal data will be processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
9.8 Liability
The organiser shall be liable – regardless of the legal basis – only for intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, the organiser shall only be liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages resulting from a breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation). In the latter case, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
9.9 Termination or Modification of the Campaign
The organiser reserves the right to change, interrupt, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice if proper execution cannot be ensured for technical, legal, or other reasons.
9.10 Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are invalid or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The place of jurisdiction for merchants, public law corporations, or special funds under public law is the organiser's registered office.
